I have been waiting for about 2-3 days for my site to be moved to my domain. Is this normal? I wanted to ask also if I can change my site name? The homeimprovementtools part on
Are my questions and emails to support invisible? I am getting zero support. Think I'm gonna bounce
Depending on who your site was with previously, it can take a few days. I remember waiting that length of time between making the request and it being available for moving. The support team here won't be able to help you, until the team at the other end do their bit first. Mara

I have never had a problem, they usually get back to me the same day. Did you make your website here or are you getting it moved to be hosted here?
