Hello: I had not noticed this before on my bank statement, WA charged an additional $1.40 something to my debit card? What changed?
Thanks,
Rochelle
Additional charge to use my debit card?

Hi Rochelle. I don't believe it was WA that charged your card $1.40 extra. This sounds like a bank issue, as nothing has changed here at WA. You may want to check with your bank first thing Monday and figure out what that charge was for.
Hi: If theme only has 1 menu, which I am using for my landing page. Does anyone know, if I am able to add anymore content with a widget, maybe?
Thank you,
Rochelle
You can add custom menus in the sidebars and anywhere you have widget capabilities.
Nathaniell has made a great video on how to do it. Add A Custom Menu To Your Sidebar San
Yeah, I use this technique with the themes I have only one menu option with, works real well.
San
Amenu is the top part which covers pages. Often there are are two menus so you can put things you don't want to be seen as the first thing such as your legalities - which are cookies consent and also privacy. However widgets can be to the left and right of the main page or even in some themes top and bottom in the header and footer.
Yes you can build different widgets no matter what theme you are using. But certain themes only allow you to have one MAIN menu. You can still have sidebars, footers, etc.
Let me know if you need anything else. I'd be more than happy to help.

Done! Thank you all for your help! Even though you are here to help it is one that has to be persistent enough to get things done.

Angela: I don't know how you are able to organize all that? and have all the answers at your fingertips! Are you a Virgo by the way?
Thank you,
Rochelle
I am happy to report that finally site has been verified. Now to the sitemap, on which I have spent hours on google webmaster, and the closest thing I found was what they call the Console, where you can add a property. No where did I find Kyle's instructions where you can add a site. I have tried both IE and Chrome? I swear that I have spent hours on this. I downloaded the plug in for the XML and have to link ready to be added?
Thank you,
Rochelle
This is done with a plugin, you don't need to go to Webmaster. Setting Up & Submitting a Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools
Hello Kathy: Yes I downloaded the google XML sitemaps plug in and have my link ready to submit the map, but for whatever reason I am landing on the wrong webmaster tools page, that does not look like what Kyle showed on the video. (To be continued:)
Thank you,
Rochelle
Hi Cathy: Almost done with phase 5. Probably in too much of rush!
I am having to go back and revisit some of the lessons. Ok, so I will continue working on the sitemap.
Thank you,
Rochelle
As Cathy says, two separate, unrelated problems.
The most important one is getting your sitemap set up, so that Google finds your site.
So do that first. Worry about G+ later, it's not important at this stage.

Is anyone using Mad Mimi for your email subscribers? What are your thoughts on this?
Thank you,
Rochelle
I do use Mad Mimi for one of my sites and am really quite pleased with them. I had a small issue when I first signed up and their support staff got back to me very quickly and were very nice and helpful.
I too am having trouble with my credentials. However their customer service is tops.
Thanks,
Rochelle
