Try searching using the term "member" in your wordpress plugin section. There are loads of plugins that can do that for you. A good example is "Ultimate Member".
You may need to test a few before you find one that suits you best.

WA focuses on building an affiliate marketing website. There are many resources available on the internet for learning how to build an online store including using WooCommerce with wordpress. You can use the training here to promote your online store.
You can check the Wordpress forum and google for information about building an online store.
