Thank you I have looked at these links and I will go to my site and see if I can check these solutions out. These did seem a little easier to understand that what I was reading before. Thanks for doing the research. Robin.

I don't understand that stuff, unfortunately. I'm with Kim. Try the chat room and, if you don't get an answer, I would PM Kyle. Good Luck!

Hi Robin, sorry to hear about your problem. If I were you I would try the chat room and see if you can get Kyle or Carson there to help you out. Usually other people are in there as well that may be able to give you some help.
I could give you some training links, but I think you need a real look into what the problem is.

Ok thanks.

These errors are on the comments to my website. The errors are displayed in my Google Webmaster tools. first it says Missing: fn Then if I click on that there is further info

Sounds confusing, not sure what that is all about. Maybe someone knows, if not possibly tech support can help or at least get it to Kyle or Carson to look into to help you out. :))

How do I fix this missing fn and hcard error?

I have two affiliate links on my post page. I have tried different placements of the code to change where is shows on the page. The long banner link is the link I would like t

Once you have your banner on your post, you can click on the image with your mouse. It will give you an option edit or delete it. You can edit the image to right, left or center or change the size. Then you can align your text. I hope that explains it.

Starcreator. Thanks for the help. I went back in to the visual view and clicked on the link, then clicked edit, then clicked on the position option I wanted. I should say that I moved the link to the top next to the first line of my text first. Then I did the above. Anyway the banner is where I wanted it. Thanks again. Robin.

Do you mean in the right column away from the text.

I have added a page on book reviews with a tab on my menu. Now I want to add another book review under the same tab. This way all the book reviews I do can come up under one t

Looks like you got your answer.
Stopped by your site. It looks great. I can see that you put a lot of love and work into it. Good luck. - Ginger

Robin, I suggest that you create a "parent" page for your reviews: Recommendations. In other words, have a page that explains that you are providing reviews of products or services that complement your content and that you believe will be of value to your visitors.

Any reviews that you create would then under that parent page. You add them to your menu as a sub-item.

Cindy

Thank You for the suggestion Newventure. I was wondering how to accomplish just that. I will start working on that page and then link the two reviews I have done to it. Best wishes. Robin.

I'm glad you posed this question, Robin. Nice site btw. I don't know yet the differences in pages, posts, menus, categories, etc. I think I'm going to have to post a question soon because I'm having trouble with it. Good luck and I'm sure you'll get some expert answers here.

I did get some great answers here Bunn. There was some training Kyle did on the difference between pages and posts. If it wasn't him then it was on one of the webinars that I watched. Mostly the difference is that with Posts you can add content and it keeps going, with dates separating the content. It is kind of like a conversation with different topics. Pages are mostly content that stays the same. I think Jay called it evergreen content. I have been looking at so many things lately I don't remember where it was that I saw this. Thanks for the response and best wishes to you. Robin.

Thanks, Robin. I'm going to go back over that section. It's getting them in the menu correctly that has me baffled. I think I'm doing it right, then only 2 of the 3 show up. So...back to the drawing board....;)

Great job! Great to learn how to do this. Thanks for asking.

Your welcome. Just glad there are lots of people here so willing to help. Robin.

Your website looks great, btw. I have to take time to read through it soon. I'm working on creating eating plans for my martial arts students :)

That really great Spenney. The next review I have may have some more information that will help you. It says it is about heart issues but it also helps those who are using up a lot of energy exercising.. I will try to get it up as soon as possible. Thanks for the input. Best wishes.

You can assign your book review page as a parent page. It is to the right of the page editor. Then with the other book review you wrote, assign it 1 under the parent page. You can also go to Appearance-Menus and put the pages in the order you want. You drag your page as a subtitle under the main title.

Thanks for the response. I understand what you are saying and I think I can get it done now. Robin.

Start a new page for the review you want to write. On the right side you should see a box that says "parent". Click on the dropdown box and select the tab you want the review to go under.

To create the menu all you have to do is list the names of each review on your page. Highlight each review one at a time, click on the link button on the top, and insert the link to the page with the review page on it.

Thank you for your help. I see what you are describing and think I can follow this just fine. Thanks again. Oh and Congratulations on your new marriage. Best wishes. Robin.

What is Google Webmaster asking for when trying to set up a sitemap for my website.

Robin, I watched the live video class on plugins last week. This is where I learned to do this. Here's the link: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/webinar
Cindy

Thanks Cindy. I did watch it . But it might help to watch it again.

Sorry Cindy. But I had not seen that one. And thank you so much for suggesting it. It was really helpful. Now I know that I do have a sitemap creator with SEO that I already have. And I know where to find it. So helpful. I think I am going to delete the plug in that I installed and use the other one. I guess I just got ahead of myself after I got the Google analitics (sorry for the spelling error) and Goggle Webmaster tools. Anyway thanks so much.

Robin, You're welcome! All that there is to learn is amazing to me! We have so many opportunities to do this here. Cindy

If you are using AIO SEO that has a built in sitemap, but you need to activate it. Don't use both this and the google xml sitemaps plugin, one or the other. I found the built-in AIO SEO sitemap to work fine, it does everything for you.

I did download Google xml sitemaps plugin. I did not know that AIO SEO sitemap was there. I have not seen it. Can you tell me where I might look for it. Thanks for the help.

To activate the sitemap, on the dashboard go to All in one SEO, feature manager, then click the activate button.

You will then have a new XML sitemap section in the AIO SEO plugin, where you can update it and check that it is submitting to google, etc.

Hope thats clear.

You should get the plugin "Google XML Sitemaps". This will create the sitemap and give you a url for the sitemap. You then go to Google Webmaster and upload the sitemap by putting in the url. The plugin will then keep it updated.

MmmmBalf. I did download the Google XML Sitemaps. Not sure where I went wrong. Web help sent me a message I am going to check that out. But thanks for the response.
