if i make a post only show text no images, i want to show text plus images in new post
Upload your image to your media library and select it. Add an alt image, then click insert.
I am not sure how you would make your post as an image. You may want to Google this and see if it is possible.
For example this site http://chicago.suntimes.com/ has images on home page not only text. Those image are link to pages
Yes, you put a picture on your page, then click the icon that looks like two links of a chain, click the gear looking icon, and choose your post from the list.

Sounds like you mean a featured image that appears at the top of your blog post and also on your homepage or blogroll. How the images show on your website will depend on your theme. This training shows you how to insert a featured image Featured Images
