If your site is displaying a side bar and in that side bar you have a widget labeled as "Meta", please remove that widget from your side bar. Go to => Appearance => Widgets => Remove "Meta" by dragging that widget down to "inactive widgets".
It seems like you have a new follower/subscriber for your website. Nothing strange about that. Some people want to get a notification when there is a new post or so. Good luck with him. This will happen more often, and probably a lot if you do a good job. Don't worry about his details, you can't do anything with it, because it's not a newsletter subscriber or so. Just enjoy. He might have unsubscribed again. The mail was not from WA, but from WP. Wishing you lots of success!
You should contact SiteSupport. Somebody managed to register as a user and that may be a security issue
Also make sure that you have the "Anybody can register" option unchecked in your Wordpress admin (Settings > General)
General users are no security issue, they have no rights. Only admins, etc. do. A user can't blog. These are just people that want to receive an email every time a new blog is posted.
That is only if they register "legally" on the site.
If the 'Anyone can register' us unchecked it is an issue.
You don't register as a user on the website if you only want to subscribe to email. I tested the subscription function and it will not let you register without email.
If somebody can register as a user, especially without giving their email in the process, there is a security issue.
This is most likely an insertion done by a robot into the MySQL database via an unsafe theme or plugin and need to be checked by SiteSupport.

Does anyone know what this means?

It seems like the 'anyone can register' is checked on this site.
I was able to register a user via /wp-admin but did not (yet) receive a confirmation email.
The 'Register' option is showing on /wp-admin
