Wishlist and Kajabi seem to be good to get into but I would have a look at Wishlist first as Kajabi seems to concentrate on affiliate products with Affiliate based companies.
This would be ok but you really don't need that sort of customer based idea if you already have a site that promotes affiliate products.

Hello again Nancy. I'm afraid I have never had a membership site so it wouldn't be fair to tell you how to go about it.
Going by your own blog about finding yourself stuck with your websites why not turn them or at least one into a site that you can provide a service with.
Its just an idea because I don't really know what you do.
I'm sure there are loads of other members whom you could bounce ideas off though and if all else fails Google it or have a look at Wishlist or Kajabi.

You too, I only have one website yet on the area of identity theft and i al looking for ways to monetize it; i was going to review some identity theft protection programs. Do you think I could create a membership for that ? What could i offer ?

Hello Nancy. Just off the phone to my oldest daughter who coincidentally had her bank details stolen and she didn't know about it until she went into her bank this morning.
The cashier actually thought she was the criminal with a stolen card and called security.

My but was she fizzing fit to burst and gave them a tongue lashing lol.

Anyway it seems her card had been 'Skimmed' not once but twice.

Once with an ATM and again in a store the same day (yesterday).

It seems the the culprits put a little device in the ATM's card slot that enables the card details to be read wirelessly.

In the store her card was out off her sight while the payment was being made and skimmed by the person behind the counter who had a device out of site. As it only takes a couple of seconds my daughter was none the wiser.

Getting back to your question.

Your site would have to be a tips and advice one and offer solutions to being conned and if conned what to do and how to go about getting compensation.

This can be a minefield so somewhere people can go to or a site to access for this information could be quite a viable prospect.

Hope this has helped out out in a direction to go with this if you want to take it further.

Maybe your daughter should get herself an RFID blocking wallet as mentioned on my site. I sure hope she didn't get skimmed for too much. Please have her read my posts on card skimming so she might recognize a ATM skimmer device at her next visit at the ATM machine. There is also a post on prevent card skimming where she gets useful tips. And as for RFID skimming, I could suggest an RFID blocking wallet as on my site. Let me know if there is anything I can do. I hope she filed a police report. She should.

Hello Nancy I will answer both your comments with this one.
Yes your site could be adapted for the niche you're thinking about so don't switch those light bulbs off.
Have a good think about it and you will know best what road to go down.
The police investigated and Forensics took the ATM apart but really don't think they would get much info from it except the device is now in their hands so maybe they will be able to trace it back to source.
They had more luck with the store and the Counter Assistant is now in custody so they should be able to get info from them.
My daughter had insurance for her card so she got her money back and I will point her in the direction of your site.

She sounds like a fighter, like me. I woke up too early it is 4.50 in the morning here in Belgium and the first think I want to to when I get out of bed is to check upon my Wealthy Affiliate notifications

I'm an early bird myself and living by myself I can please myself when I get up and when I go to bed but I'm a creature of habit and the old body clock gets me up more or less the same time every morning.
