Hi Folks
I came across a great blog that will give the newer WA members an insight just what SEO is needed in order to get their websites noticed on the internet.
Lots of good tips and advice from Keywords to Mobile Optimization.
There's also a Mobile Friendly Test tool which you might find of some use.
I have to add that there are many such tools on the internet you can use and you will get varying results.
However these tools are a good indicator whether your site is up to speed so no harm in using them and make your own mind up about the information they give you.
