Just do a wee bit research first because there are some VA's who like to get away with crap work and still want paid for it.

I have a staff of VAs and use Hubstaff to keep track of their work. I used oDesk, freelance and others in the beginning. It is easier and cheaper then having local employees. Especially for repetitive task or date entry
As I say in the blog I use Freelancer but to be honest with you I'm getting a wee bit peed off with them as some of the work isn't up to the standard I want.
Be honest - how good is Hubstaff?

Hubstaff is just to keep track of the hours someone is working. You have to hire the workers yourself and they login to keep track of their work. What I use are VAs that I have found and hired to work for me only.

yes I do, it is not true it is all 5 USD it is actually starting with 5 USD. If I want something I use 3 to 5 people regular and I normally offer them what I think it is worth. Mainly above 5 USD.
The only thing I have to say that you need to say exactly what you want then you get the best results.
