I'm not receiving comments, and when I tested it out commenting on a post of my own it shows a blank page. How can I fix it ?

I'm not receiving comments, and when I tested it out commenting on a post of my own it shows a blank page. How can I fix it ?
Okay, so I left a comment and hit submit and it goes white screen. That is the issue it sounds like you are having. Checking on something.
Try going in your dashboard and go to settings - discussions and make sure those settings for comments are correct.
That's not good. I wonder if it is a setting with wp spamshield. Did you update or add any new plugin before this happened? I hope someone else can help you. I do have this error but in Google webmaster tools. I was interested in the thread, but sorry I cant help. GOod luck. I know someone will be able to help. Have you tried live chat?
Thanks for your time, appreciate it. Yes I installed a plugin and uninstalled because I didn't liked it how it worked.
Make sure you delete it. You could always deactivate spamshield too and then reactivate it. You are welcome.

While creating a website and adding content do we have to register it to not break any law?

I did some research and found that only domains with extension .
I'm in the U.S. and have never heard of having to do such a thing. :) Are you in another country?
I'm from Romania, and some say that I have to register it, some say I don't have to. So, decided to ask here to make sure what i have to do
I just searched Google on this topic and from what I can see, you would need to register your website in Romania. You may want to put out a question again and ask specifically about Romania in the title to get the attention of someone who knows for sure. Wish I could give you a completely straight answer, but I don't live there. :)
