When You Know What Poor Customer Support Is
So I bought a plugin, I do not believe on buying plugins but I felt this is a must have.
After paying $99, the plugin could not connect and I kept having a message that I had an invalid signature (what a scream, my signature is the same) so I sent a support ticket asking for help.Message was sent on 27th at 19.24, I did not get an answer until Oct 28th at 7.54 pm.
It does not help that I was already feeling dissapointed that a simple support could take so long
The image above shows where my problem is, and it stays the same,I can`t connect,and I sure don`t know which signature is invalid.
So I contacted the plugin owner to ask for help.
Never mind it took him 24 hours to answer, but his answer when it came was so useless I felt like crying that anyone could be so careless.

And that was it, are you kidding me? this took him 24 hours to tell me? I felt so angry at how some people offer below average service.
I`m now stuck once again waiting forthem to give me a proper answer on how to solve the problem.
