What was the best sale you made online?

I`ve been online long enough now, I`ve had ups and downs, more downs than ups. I keep letting life get in the way but...........it is what it is.

Yesterday I made ALMOST the best sale I`ve ever made online apart from my first sale way back. It was only $46 so my commission will be maybe $2 as the sale was on Amazon.

What makes it a good sale then?

The sale was from a site I started and abandoned faster than it took me to start it, the site was created in 2018, I managed to create 18 posts then just more or less forgot the site. Although it made a couple of sales back then, my hands were just too busy to build it, so I just abandoned it.

Along the way, the ranks dropped and I moved on. So what a surprise when I saw yesterday that I made 2 sales from that site. I didn't even know anyone could search for anything and that site will come up.

Keep working on your site, especially for newbies who still question if this works, I know it does.I made a sale from a site that I was last active on 2+ years ago(although I did publish 1 post there last year)

You all have a blessed weekend and I`d really love to hear your best sale and what makes it the best.

Indeed, those are great sales!

In terms of biggest, I didn't make this sale, but one of the publishers for Etsy made a sale of ~$3800 for a two-story tall custom made chandelier! His commission on that alone was several hundred dollars. I love that one!

Thanks Jeannine, reading such success stories makes one want to keep working hard.
I think many newbies stop because they start today even with no experience and want to see sales tomorrow. What a shame as affiliate marketing is a long-term gain.

Yeah online business works.

If only we had put in more efforts, the result would be fabulous.

Strive on Roamy.

All the best,
Norleila

Effort, this has been my only regret, but I just never seem to have enough time to do anything so I`ll take what I get.

Very true Roamy. We all seemed not to have enough time.

Hope we can be more focus on the things we have to do and stay away from distractions.

Stay cool.

$495 on eBay for a 1964 Kadena Air Base Welcome Booklet sold to Japan a few years ago, Roamy!

Wow, this goes on to show that the work pays off. It`s hard to keep on grinding when there are no sales coming as fast as we`d like, but then, it`s because (in my opinion) people get greedy online and want it NOW.
We all know we have to go to school for so long before we can get a job and we`re ok with it, we start a brick and mortar and know plain well it might take a year(if you`re lucky) before you can even pay your bills from the business and we are ok with that too, but when it comes to online business, people do not have patience.

Very true words, Roamy! I know you know all about the behind-the-scenes work and expenses! Being entrepreneurs, we work for the hardest bosses we will ever have! Ourselves!

If all this was easy, everyone would be doing it!
