I would say Google Analytics.
As long as the visitor accepts cookies, the information gathering from Google is beyond anything else.
You can see the details of the cookie here:
https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage
And the menu on the left gives you a deep insight to Google Analytics.
One of the reasons why other analyzers sometimes gives a higher count of unique visitors is that their cookie expires sooner and therefore count the same user twice within a timeframe that counts as one in GA.
