Yep, you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime.
Once logged in to Jaaxy, go to the top right hand corner where is says MY ACCOUNT - Click on Profile and at the bottom of the page you will see options for upgrading and downgrading. Hope this helps.

If you are not paying your monthly dues, you will be cut off from their subscription program. I had that experience. When my credit card was compromised and did not provide my latest card to meet their deadline to pay, my subscription was cancelled. There are other tools out there.
