I would like to cancel my premium membership but not cancel my membership completely. However I don't seem to have those options. And I can't find contact information for help
You can cancel your membership in your 'Account Settings'. Click on your picture icon on the top right of your screen to get there.
Scroll down until you see your subscription settings. Then Click on the membership tab and you should be able to cancel it there.

Canceling premium membership but not account?
I would like to cancel my premium membership but not cancel my membership completely. However I don't seem to have those options. And I can't find contact information for help
I've just done this - but when you cancel premium you also have your free membership cancelled. It doesn't downgrade. My membership runs out on Nov 27th and at the moment I know I will lose the free membership as well and I havent decided if it is worth setting up a new free account
