How can I change my domain name to a .com or .net domain rather than one with siterubix in it?
OK everyone so now I currently have a (domain name). siterubix website... So if I upgrade to premium will the siterubix subdomain go away and will it cost anything?
if you upgrade to premium you can still keep your Siterubix website, the only cost will be if you choose to pay it will be to purchase your own domain which will be less than $15 a year. Once you've gone premium that is the only extra payment that you will have to pay if you choose to purchase an annual domain
Hi - the cost a .com domain is not included in premium membership. So, first of all, you would need to buy your domain at a cost of $13.99 per year, and then move everything over from your SiteRubix website. It's a simple process.
Do remember, if you upgrade to premium, then cancel your membership, you cannot go back to being a free starter again. You would lose all access to this platform.
OK thanks. Assume I don't pay for a month and my membership gets cancelled.. Can I pay again later and get back access or is it all gone once I don't pay?
Hi - that depends on how long you are gone. Once you have cancelled your membership, you are given 30 days to move your website to another hosting provider.
If you don't do this, then it will go dormant, it won't be visible on the internet and you won't be able to work on it. After a couple of months, it could be deleted. Whether you move it or not, it would be best to take a back-up, so you don't lose anything.
You would need to buy your own domain name - and you can do that through the WA - just click on Domains under the site rubix tab.
With that said currently you are a free member so you cannot host your domain here if you buy one. You would need to host it else where.
However if you decide to upgrade to a premium membership hosting is free for up to 25 domain names that you own along with many other features
So, how do I get the verification code if I want to transfer my domain I bought from Go Daddy?
The domain that you bought from GoDaddy - you must own it for at least 60 days before you can transfer it to another registrar.
These policies are required by ICANN - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.
If you wish to transfer the domain name registration to WA, you will need to pay for at least one year for the domain registration,which will be added to the time left before renewal at GoDaddy. Again an ICANN policy.
You are never required to transfer a domain registration. Once you are a premium WA member you can log in to your GoDaddy account and change the DNS address setting to point it to the WA servers. ~Jude
The first requirement would be to become a premium member. Purchased domains can only be hosted here by premium members. Starter members.are limited to hosting two domains, both of which must be siterubix subdomains.
As a premium member, you can host up to 25 purchased domains and 25 siterubix subdomains at no charge beyond your premium membership fee. While there is no charge for the hosting, any domain registrations need to be purchased either from WA directly or from a registrar of your choice.
Once you have purchased a domain registration and added it to your SiteManager file list, you would use the "Move" button to transfer a siterubix subdomain's contents to it.
Question: Can you have more than one domain website from the same owner linked to the Amazon Affiliate business?
I'd suggest asking your question as a separate one. It will most likely gain more attention by posting on its own.
I agree with Bob's suggestion that you ask the question separately in the community as it will be seen by more people

Yes, you can add websites to your Amazon affiliate account.
If they are in different niches, you would be able to add separate tracking codes for each website so you can identify the earnings from each site.

Siterubix sites do get indexed. They are a good place to start and are simple to move to your purchased domain when you decide on a nice URL name.

Disadvantages of SiteRubix - they are not your property, they belong to WA and cannot be moved away from this platform. They are actually subdomains and some affiliate programs will not accept them and neither will Google AdSense. You can't create an email address for them.
