I Made Top 200!

To be technical, it was 180. (The first time) I couldn't help myself but tell you. :-)

I'm not sure when I made it, but I did get a photo of it to upload so you all could see it. Then I forgot about it and it stayed in my phone for a while. Then again, here we are today. :-)

This is a late blog post for me, and I have several excuses for it being late. Would you like to hear them? lol

In school I might have said something along the lines as "my dog ate it", or " I couldn't find it", or "I didn't know what to do" or any number of other excuses as to why getting this information to you is late.

I can also have you pull a slip of tiny paper with words on it and many excuses out of a hat to explain why it's late as well as why I haven't blogged often on this site. But that's not what I'm going to do, I'm going to put my big girl boots on, 'man up', and just share with you a few things.

First, my incredibly awesome and beautiful photo of being in the top 200. (Do I hear cheering and people completely in awe as I see myself on stage with the Oscars of all time internet bloggers saying "Thank you, I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy but thank you, thank you" throwing kisses to the crowds? Yes! Yes I do!

Okay, I'm pinching myself out of this dream so I don't make you crazy in the process.

...........all better now.......

So here's the photo of my accomplishment: TOP 200 on Wealthy Affiliate!

I made the top 200!

Actually, let's be technical since it is my first time

(as I pat myself on the back) Okay,

I made top 180!

which sounds sooo much better than 200 at this very moment

(I'm hearing angelic singing)

I've tried uploading it several times but come up with the same result.

Yes, it's sideways... because... just because. :-)

Back to the Rank:

I took holiday break and my rank quickly went back to...

Yes, it went back to the 'ordinary zone' which is all numbers after 200. The 'ordinary zone' is where I find myself if I don't challenge myself when I find something interesting to do or something I like to do.

I like to challenge myself, there's no competition with anyone else except me. I challenge myself to do better than I think I can do. I challenge myself to think outside of the box. I challenge myself, I just do, it's how I progress. Just me, just my challenge, alone, for me.

I do things like write another paragraph when I'd rather go to sleep. Find another post to comment on or another "Hello, and welcome to Wealthy Affiliate" to encourage someone with.

When I don't think I can do one more review, comment, welcome, 'like' or 'share', that's when I do that 'one more' of whatever it is I'm doing. That's how I got to the top 200.

Unfortunately, I didn't stay there in the Top 200, but it's a nice reminder to me that it's possible when you find yourself helping others.

I wanted to add this tidbit of information to let you know that it can be done without your understanding the process or system.

This is a small sample of one of my first earnings on a site I was working on and had no idea what I was doing.

This was many years ago before I found Wealthy Affiliate.

If I had WA tools and system way back then, my life would have been so much simpler. This is just a reminder that when you have a system, community, and great support system, you can do so much more.

Just keep up with the lessons, and help anyone that comes in behind you that you're able to help with your knowledge of that particular part of the process.

In other words, when people first come to the site, they are overwhelmed and confused much of the time. As you walk through the process, you can share your experience with others. This website is an easy one to follow as well as help with.

When you see the results, it's easy to let a newbie know that they can also achieve similar results.

Whether it's just entering a site and giving a warm welcome, or explaining how alghorithms work, you can help with your particular knowledge as you progress through the lessons.

The more people you help step into the next step of the process, the more you feel better about yourself and the higher you get on the ranking in the website.

Helping when people need your opinion is another way to add to your ranking:

PRO TIP's:

* Helping others expands your own limitations

* Helping others encourages others to keep going when they want to give up

* Helping others motivates those who appreciate challenges

* Helping others gives others insight and momentum

* Helping others is what someone has done for me on many websites over the years

* Helping others is giving forward

* Don't worry so much about your spelling or grammar (there's an app for that)

SIDE NOTE:

When you start building your sites, come back to Wealthy Affiliate Daily to help others; just because there's so many reasons why you should, and I only named several.

Mostly just because it's about giving back, helping others, and doing what someone did for you to help you get to this point. Also because when you see others succeed and you know you might have been just a tiny part of their success, you feel all warm and fuzzy inside; and that's a good feeling to have. :-)
