How Do You Enjoy Life?
I enjoy being silly.
I find humor in the little things.
My appreciation for the smallest of lifes offereings is found odd.
A country girl at heart maybe?
Years ago, I loved listening to old folks. I wanted to know the things they thought I should know. I went on a personal journey to find out more about myself and how I could use my gifts ant talents for better things in this world.
Some things I learned:

What makes me enjoy life?
The belly laughs, watching my children dance and get excited for things, trying a new recipe, watching my kittens' mannerisms. There is plenty to find joy in as long as we allow ourselves to take it in (harder said than done I know).

A good belly laugh is always one of those things we can't ever explain but can't help but smile at when thought about. I love that.
Children dancing around is so much one of those things I miss being an older adult now. To have my children dancing around the kitchen again; oh the memories.

Hey there yrstrulyapr6, you're so right on that one. Each day is a way to see how we can learn and grow into better people and just appreciating waking up in the morning is just that.
I love your attitude on that and it's been one of mine for many years; now in my late 50's I'm seeing the fullness of the meaning as each closes.

Some of my fondest memories are fishing with my dad and family. For me, it's not about the right or wrong way to fish but more the experience being out in nature; except for the mosquitoes, I hate mosquitoes.

Hi RitaAnn. What I enjoy most about life is sharing. Sharing experiences, things, activities, emitions, reflections. Doing little things to make people smile makes me happy and walking in woodlands fills me with peace and contentment as does the company of friends.
So true, it really is the little things that matter and a smile is free to give.
