Yesterday I wrote a post and asked a few questions about the Vegas trip. I did not get all the answers from the community and decided to ask Kyle. He responded fairly quickly and this is what makes WA such a great place.
Tell Me More About The Las Vegas Super Affiliate Conference
I completely forgot about his broken finger and was very surprised to get an answer from him so quickly!!!
Now I can write a proper post about the Las Vegas Super Affiliate Conference.
Are Free Members Entitled to Go to Vegas?
Kyle's Answer: No free members are not permitted to go. It wouldn't make sense to be an affiliate at that point because you have 300 sales and you earn double the commission.
My Understanding: Unfortunately the Vegas Trip is not for Free Members.
Do All Ambassadors Get Invited Automatically?
Kyle's Answer: This is independent of rank here. Ambassadors are not invited to the Vegas trip.
My Understanding: The Ambassadors get treated like everyone else. If you are an Ambassador and did not Achieve the minimum of 300 Premium referrals, you do not get invited automatically.
Are Your Plane Ticket Paid in Full by WA or is There a Limited Amount?
Kyle's Answer: Within reason yes. We have people come from all over the world.
My Understanding: There could possibly be a limit. It depends on from where you are and how much the return plane ticket will cost. Should you get invited, I suggest you discuss this with Kyle directly if it is not mentioned in the invitation letter.
Do You Need to Arrange and Pay for Your Own Visa?
Kyle's Answer: If you are from a country where you need a visa yes you will be required to pay for that.
My Understanding: You need to arrange and pay for your own Visa.
How Much Time Do You Get to Make Arrangements? (The Time From the Invitation Until the Conference)
Kyle's Answer: We usually let people know around the October November time frame. So we do give you an opportunity to schedule it.
My Understanding: The trip is normally somewhere in January or February. You will get your invitation during October/November. If you think you are going to make it, I suggest you do the following well in advance if you are from another country:
- Ensure your passport is in order
- Should you require a Visa, enquire about the procedure and cost
- If you are still employed, make the proper arrangements with your employer. Don't forget to tell your family :)))

I thought its based on results from the previois year? That means if we reached 300 by 31 Dec 2017, we get to go in Dec 2018
Thats what he said here: Vegas 2017, Epic. Vegas 2018 Will Be Next Level. He said 300 by 31 Dec 2017 and members can go in 2018

I'm pretty sure you have till Dec. 31st to get 300 sales, then the trip occurs in February - so less than two months later.

Hi Rika, fab post! Am I hearing that you're gearing up to go to Las Vegas?! I understood the plane ticket answer differently. To me, "Within reason yes. We have people come from all over the world" means yes, but not a first class ticket and it would include direct flights from major airports/cities. If I lived in some remote part of South Africa I wouldn't expect WA to pay for me to get to my closest airport.
Thanks for the reply Lauren. I agree, but I am sure there is some kind of limit in general. No, I have not even lifted off yet. WA is still a hobby to me. I suppose at some point I need to get serious about it :))
