I don't have any experience with that perhaps. Do you have to tell people that you receive a comission every time they click on your adds? Can you word it differently?
If they ask me what those ads are, I answer honestly. I never told them to click them, indiscriminately. I even clicked on ads offering products I was genuinely interested in. Apparently, also a taboo. Frustrating.
Hey Rico,
Once your suspension has been removed, you may find the following tutorial helpful in preventing any future issues: How To Avoid Getting Your Adsense Account Terminated! Hope this helps you.
Sorry RicoSuave,
Lesson learned, makes you more aware of what not to do. The experience makes you a better marketer.
Whoever you told to click your ads you need to tell them to stop. You will end up getting banned. For the time being you need to use a different PPC like media net or something.

Google adsense 30 day account suspension ! what now ?

You're fortunate is wasn't a perma-ban. Any verbiage that Google thinks might imply encouraging visitors to click on your Adsense ads is a big NO. They treat that generally the same as you clicking on your own ads.
Basically G wants you to pretend like their Adsense ads don't exist on your site and ignore the 800lb gorilla in the room.
About all you can do is remove any wording about any ads on your site and beg for forgiveness at the end of the 30day suspension. In the meantime, you could try the other PPC programs like Bing, Yahoo, Entireweb, etc.
Thank you, Brad ! That is some very good advice and a very good explanation on "why" this happened. I will look into other PPC programs shortly. Much appreciated !
