My problem is not necessarily a WA problem - possibly a WordPress problem - but I don't know where to start.

When I log in to WA using Firefox, the banner images are pr

Turn off the ad blocker extension in your Chrome browser.

Turning off the ad blocker did it! I now have images on my posts and in the WA banner page.

Thanks, Marion!

And thanks jkGst and Robert-A for your insight.

Hi Rick: When I enter an affiliate link from Amazon into a post, it shows in code. This has only happened recently. Is this the problem you are having? I will watch for answers from the communidty

For me it shows in code in the Text tab but in the Visual tab the image shows.

Thanks....I do not get the image at all I have deactivated all my plugs. Welcome to WA Rick...I will follow you and thanks for the reply to my reply on YOUR question.

It could be one of your plugins.
Deactivate them all.
See if your images are appearing.
If they are then start to activate your plugins one by one and check each time.
You will eventually find the plugin that's causing your problem.

Thanks, Robert. I'll do that right now.

It might be something else but this is the usual cause.

Thanks Robert. I will try that

Happy to help but as I said to Rick it could be something else.

No change. What I don't understand is why the images show up here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/banners on Firefox but when I log into Chrome or Microsoft Edge they do not show up.

The WA and Amazon images aren't showing up in my sidebar or footer, either, when I'm in WordPress editing my post, but they show up online.

Also, the images are not showing in my posts when I use Chrome or Edge, but they show up online when I log into my Website on my cell phone.

There has to be a setting somewhere, no?

Have you cleared your DNS Cache?

Also have you cleared your History in Chrome?

I'll give that a try. thanks

That didn't work.

An interesting observation:

The images don't show up in Edge or Chrome on my Lenovo laptop, but they do show in Edge on my Surface Pro 4.

For now, my mind is so boggled and my eyes are glazed over, I need to give it a rest.
