Learn More & Earn Way More

I quit learning back in sixth grade when I decided I was smart enough already. I quit school as well, and since I knew how to add and multiply numbers, what else did I need? Little did I know that life is like one continuous learning experience. Once I realized this I then understood why so many people were way more successful than I was.

Those of us who gather more information throughout life have a serious advantage over those who believe they already know it all, or have stopped learning altogether. We can find this out easily by reading more books! Try it, you will find you know very little!

The wealthy among us have shown how they've become successful because of the very knowledge they have. Many of them read a book each week. Some go on to even write their own books. Knowledge is power, and they learned this quickly along their journey to the top.

For instance, if we read inspirational self-help books we are then able to learn we need to change bad habits, change our very thought process, and at the same time learn the skills we need to become more successful. Reading opens our eyes!

Successful Entrepreneurs are all Readers

The more self-help books we read, the higher the level of success we are guaranteed. But don't stop at just reading books. You will want to take in inspirational teachings of all kinds. Biographies of successful people, seminars, podcasts and even A&E programs on TV. We can attend Retreats, Rallies and Conferences, as well.

Are You Teachable?

Reading and studying the lives of great and successful people will not get you anywhere though if you are not teachable. You must be open to learning. Many of us as I mentioned before, have at one point in life felt they were knowledgeable enough. So ask yourself, am I teachable? Will I allow myself to learn more and read a book each week?

The sad fact is, most of us would rather sit down for an hour or six, watching television. We may feel we deserve a break. But did you know that reading is also relaxing? In fact, one hour of reading is just as relaxing as watching TV and benefits us a great deal more.

So, we can entertain ourselves while researching the lives of the wealthy and successful to learn of their journey. By reading self-help and inspirational books even one hour each day, we become great and successful ourselves! And I say this with no disclaimer!

Learning more and then even more, enables us to be prepared when opportunity arrives. Ask yourself if you are ready?
