Wealthy Affiliate has the Best Support Personnel!

It seems only fitting that on Wealthy Affiliate's 8th Birthday celebration we also acknowledge the support personnel here.

Why am I saying this? Something odd happened to my main website (I'm still not sure what I did :)) and I needed to send in a support ticket. They responded immediately and told me what I needed to do. That didn't completely resolve the problem so I had to send another ticket. They resolved the problem with the following message: "Your database has been restored from our latest backup". (I didn't even know they had one.)

They had it fixed in one hour...incredible!


If you have ever wondered if Wealthy Affiliate "has your back", here is the proof. Where else can you get incredible service like this? Folks, if you're wondering if Premium is worth it...the WA support staff just showed that it is. Funny, I can't find any support links. I'm sure once I do though, it will be awesome.

Under Websites and Hosting there is a blue tab for Support Ticket. Is that what you are looking for?

Carson's team isn't visible to most folks but the systems that they have in place to manage all of us are first rate.

I have found it necessary at times to ask for forgiveness and they are always willing to step up and get me back online.

I am very content with the way things are handled here at WA. The support from the top down is incredible!

That's useful to know, thanks. I sent most of yesterday trying to restore my site and had loads of problems. I still haven't got it right yet so I will bear this in mind in future.

I'm still having some issues so may need to use my backup from Dropbox. Hope you get yours fixed.
