Hi, I have 4 domains parked and paid until June 2018 to April 2019
I tried to transfer to WA but WA system ask me to pay for one year, Just want to know do i have to pay
If you move domains from one domain registrar to another domain registrar, they always as far as I know, add a year to the term and charge that extra year. Moving is free.
A domain name can be with any registrar, and if you want to use WA hosting, you simply update the DNS entries for that domain name to the WA hosting services.
To do that refer to this article by Kyle: WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS Or just enter "DNS" in the WA help system where it displays "Hey, search for help here" near the top of the screen in the middle, once you are logged into WA.

The domain is owned by another registrar, if you want it bring it over, you will have to purchase another year.
The best thing to do is to redirect the name servers for now and when the domain is up for renewal, renew it with WA.
Does that make sense?
Changing the name servers largely depends on the registrar . where you bought the domain but you can check out Changing Nameserver

You can have up to 25 of your own domains here at WA and 25 under SiteRubix, so the short answer to whether you can still make a website under the WA platform is YES.
You can't renew a domain with WA when the domain is registered at another registrar. Renewals can only be done with the current registrar.
The process of transferring a domain registration from one registrar to another extends the expiration date by a year. Since you don't lose any of the time left on the current registration, there's no benefit to waiting for the expiration to approach before transferring it.
