I would like to know strategies to bring people back to site and actually enter their info to learn more. Thanks

Hi Rhonda,

I did a class on that topic:

Which site? Yours or WA.

I would add more informational content to drive organic traffic. And sharing onward to social media platforms.

Is there a way to renew domains all at once instead of separately?

I'm looking at the following page, https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains and I do not see an option to do more than one at once. I personally enable automatic renew. You may have to pose the question to support.

Good answers here, Rhonda! I learned a few things too!

Jeff

Hi Rhonda, I think that the autorenewal button can be toggled on and off. To bulk renew, go to the domain management page and on the button for auto-renew, and when you are done, you can off it until next time, Happy New Year to you and yours.

I agree with Abie, check with site support to make sure.

Hi, I would presume you may be able add them to checkout. And then run one payment.

However, as far as I am aware, they are renewed automatically unless you discontinued them.

Can't see where I can add them to check-out. I do not use auto-renew feature for a reason. However, that does not mean I wish domains to be deleted/discontinued.

Hi, I'd write to support and ask them

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

Apologies, I meant disabling renewals on domains vs discontinued.

I would like to redirect or forward a domain to a replicated website.
I transferred to WA from GoDaddy.
However, I am unable to delete name server that seems to be GoDadd

Hi Rhonda; The best bet is to get hold of site support.

I would like to redirect or forward a domain to another affiliate domain.
The only way I seem to be able to accomplish this is by hosting the domain.
I just wanted to for

Looks like you have some great answers here Rhonda already.

Hi Rhonda,

Is it a domain you bought here at WA? Or elsewhere? I am asking because there is a difference between 'transferring'' and ''redirecting''. Just making sure we are talking about the same thing here.

If what you are trying to do is ''redirecting'' one domain to another within WA platform. This training might help: To ''transfer'' or also called ''migrate'' a domain I would try Ronald's suggested training. Other than this, just like Andy, I suggest you contact support service.

Hope this helped as well!

Yes, I know the difference between transferring and redirecting. I transferred domain to WA. Now I would like to re-direct that domain to another domain. Sorry, but I can't understand the guy on this video.

Hi Rhonda,

If you purchased the domain here in WA go here;

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains

- select the domain name.
- select settings.
- from the dropdown select Redirect.
- insert the redirect URL.
- save settings.

You should be good to go.

If you purchased somewhere else you will have to manage your DNS settings from within your account for that registrar.

I hope that helps.

Wow, I missed that whole section when setting up my domains and looking for an answer for Rhonda. Thanks for the new found info.

There is not an option to "redirect".
DNS settings? Not sure how to "manage" this. The domain was purchased through GoDaddy. I transferred the domain to WA. So now what?

Here's the domain...hope this helps.

Here's a screenshot of what Alex was saying.

If you see the image I put up, you will see, there is no "redirect". option.

Looks like you had selected the DNS settings already the screenshot is from the dropdown just before that. I am sorry as I likely confused you with my initial reply which was related to setting an MX record with most webhost.

Hi Rhonda, from the screenshot, you will not see the option to redirect because the domain is already pointed to the servers that you have listed; which appear to be a generic GoDaddy server.

ns67.domaincontrol.com
ns68.domaincontrol.com

Are the main default servers for Go Daddy DNS

You want to take the livefreeandhealthy.com domain name and point it towards a different domain name.

Yes.

Currently, you have it pointing back to Go Daddy. If you delete those name servers from your settings you will find that the redirect will become visible.

Hope that makes sense.

The easiest option for you would be to get hold of site support, they will fix the issues for you. It may be straight forward or it may require the creation of a CNAME and or an A record for your domain name. livefreeandhealthy.com, in order to redirect your domain. Let us know how you get on.

Hi Rhonda! This link helped me. It seems to be similar to the question you're asking. I hope it works for you. If not reply back to me and I'll try again.

Sorry, not looking to move a site. But thank you.

Sorry for the wrong info Rhonda. Looks like maybe you're getting the right info. now. Good Luck!

You can do it from your DNS settings where you bought your domain. If it is from WA then contact site support at the help center and they will help you get sorted.
