Sometimes Just Leave it Alone!

I was having some errors messages with my sitemaps on my 2 websites.

On one I was having server connectivity issues with google and the other one the robots wouldn't fetch properly on google. I asked support questions a number of times how to fix the problem. They worked and worked with no success.

When I asked a number of questions from WA one of my friends here said to leave it alone and see if it will work itself out. So, that is what I did I left my sitemap alone.

When you plant grass seed you water it, maybe a little fertilizer and leave it alone. Sometimes nature has to take its course.

The same at times with our websites we plant the seed of our website, we water and fertilize them by adding content, pictures, videos and affiliates. At a point in time we have to leave them alone. They just need time to mature and grow.

The hardest thing that I found is to be patient and "Sometimes Just Leave It Alone."

Also, just like nature, support was probably doing something behind the scene that I wasn't aware of. Thank you Support.

What about you can you learn anything from my experience with google?

Great advice, Bobby!

Thank you Rebecca.

Great illustration! This the second time hearing the word patience.

It is a quality we have to take seriously.

I do agree!

Hi Bobby - I had a similar problem recently. Was getting a message in Google Webmaster Tools that my site had possible malware. Google said I should correct the problem on my site then submit a request to Google to inspect my site.

I did some research and I found that if you leave it alone it may correct itself. The point was that Google sometimes picks up false positives and if you give it some time it will self correct. And sure enough it did.

Thanks for posting as I felt like I was the only one experiencing this type of problem.

Patrick,
We are all in the same boat. Patience many times works.
Thanks,
Bobby

Time is often the final craftsman Bobbie!
