Guess What I Had Done Today?
Guess what I had today? A Colonoscopy!
This actually, looked like one of my nurses. Scary!
If you haven't had one you don't know what your missing.
What is really fun is the prep the day before. You have to drink 32 ounces of fluid and 32 ounces of water over a period of 12 hours. Then just wait and see what happens!
It gave me extra time yesterday to be on my computer and work on WA.
Off and On of course.
Try it and you will love it.
This is one of those necessary evils once you are over 40 years old.
Seriously though, colon screening can save your life!
Success I don't need another one for 10 years, Yippee!

Happy to hear all went well. I'm due for my next screening as well. It's no fun but it is necessary. Gotta be around to enjoy the fruits of the WA journey.
