Should I be happy or sad?

I see that I have had a little over 200 clicks from Amazon links in the last 30 days. This seems pretty encouraging by general standards. It means I am getting a certain level of readership. Nothing great, but at least my posts are not being ignored.

So what is my problem? Simply that this has resulted in no conversions. Zero. Maybe I need to become more established in my niche. Not maybe, for sure. But I can't help but think that I attracted a little attention and then turned the process over to Amazon, where it became stalled.

I really can't blame Amazon; they know how to market their goods.

Bottom line - I am not discouraged. I hope that I get 300 or more clicks in the next 30 days. Amazon says that clicks without sales indicate a need for greater credibility of those associates doing the publishing. But why click on a link and then do nothing? Over 200 times?

Nobody said this was an easy venture, but I am wondering about the law of averages. My solution - to do whatever I can do to raise my presence. I am only getting a bit less than 7 clicks per day from Amazon links. There is plenty of room for improvement. I need to get 20 clicks per day and then evaluate again.

Onward and upward!

Richard

You’re almost at the peak (of converting those clicks into sales), keep pressing on. You’ve already covered some good ground.

We are Blessed.

You got the right idea Richard, onward and upward, keep adding post and improving your content one post at a time.

Sounds awesome to me!

Very good of you to look at the bright side, Richard.
Keep it up. Onward and upward!

Richard,
Maybe it's a call to action thing? Yes, and I'll say it again! The Dali Lama says you can't help anyone unless you are Happy! Or Zig Ziglar, if your thinking is stinking, you need a check up from the neck up. Or 'Don't worry, be happy." You get it! Or in the insect world you can really stir up a buzz, just Bee Happy!

Okay, I'll be happy with 204 clicks and no sales. Maybe I need to be ecstatic. Yes, that's it!

Super cute references and straight to the point!

I'm trying.

Great to hear that.
