What's the link the site?

Hello,

The only good solution here is: remove all your themes thru FTP.
\wp-content\themes all those folders"delete"

Then logon in Wordpress and install a fresh theme...

Normally the navigation should be back...

I'm on Starter, so I'm guessing I have to wait until I go Premium todo this. I'll have to make do until then. Thank you.

Try reverting back to a different theme and see if that fixes it. The default WP themes should be okay. Twenty-twelve is a pretty basic one that is usually okay.

I tried one of the other ones and it didn't seem to do it, but I'll again. I don't remember if I have twenty twelve, but I do have twenty thirteen. I guess I'll try that one. Thank you.

Yeah, how it responds on mobile is definitely theme related, unless you have a plugin that does mobile for you (but you wouldn't have that on the free version of the sites).

I don't know if your problem is solved, but with this plugin you can delete the folders without FTP access...
