I have no intentions of canceling my premium membership but would like some feedback. Does anyone know that if a Wealthy Affiliate Premium Membership is canceled will you still

Thanks for your reply

No, once membership is cancelled, you will no longer receive comissions.

Can I receive commissions if membership is canceled?

Is there a plugin to add social media icons?

Type in the search box at the top: Setting up social plugins

There should be a video by Kyle at the top

I don't think you a special plugin for each theme..

I believed I took a look at that video. It was very informative but one problem. The plugin in the video hasn't been updated for over 2 years.

Thanks for the info. I did find out how to add social media icons though without using a plugin. I will write a blog post showing how I did it for anyone wanting to know.

This is pertaining to Messages For Your Referrals. When creating a message want to make the text clickable how do I do that?

If you are asking about the Messages that you set up in advance to go out automatically to your referrals in the Message section:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share/messages

You can type out the link into the message area, starting with http:// and the system will turn it into a clickable link.

Those messages go to the referral's Profile Page and the links will be clickable there and if you are pointing your referral to WA content, the link will automatically turn into a text link as it does in the community generally.

What you cannot do is add referral ID links to other sites or programs.

~Jude

This is one area you can't create a text link. You can ask them to copy and paste it into their browser. Or ask them to visit your profile page and find the info there. ~Marion

Highlight the text..
Click on the link button... Then add the url where you want the text to go when clicked.

You want to create a hyperlink. Once you have typed your text, highlight it and click the hyperlink button in your editor window...it will look a little like a slanted rounded rectangle with a line in the middle. This will bring up a dialog box where you can paste the URL or link you wish to use for the text. I hope this helps. Best wishes!

Thank you for your response but my question is still not answered. I'm in the WA Affiliate Program under messages attempting to create a referral message for anyone I refer that goes premium.

I have this text in the Welcome to Premium (Monthly) Message
Welcome to Premium - Your Biggest Leap Towards Success and when clicked on I would be like to be taken below: There's no option to create anchor text and there's no editor.

Thanks,
Jim

I'm sorry your question is still not answered. I'm not familiar with the WA Affiliate Program. Hopefully someone with experience with these messages can provide a little more insight. Best wishes!

Thanks for taking a look. Much appreciated...

make sure you have http:// at the beginning of the URL and it should automatically make it a clickable link in most spots. if you are asking about it to be placed in your website, select the link and then click the add link icon on the text toolbar for your post/page and then put the link in the box where it asked where you want to link it to, and that will make it clickable on your website.

Some people click on text links and some on image links. You're catering for both kinds of people. Good work. ~Marion
