my domain name says it is getting ready to renew; where can I see this information at in my profile? I only see the information about membership to WA?

Hi there
Looks like Tony has the answer in his post down below
cheers PB

You can find the Domains link to the left, the light blue tab that says "SiteRubix" Click on that and then on Domains and it will take you here - https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains Let me know if this helps Rene,

Tony

If you purchased them at WA Rene go here - https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains

Where did I pay for my domain names at?

To access the FTP for your website you will want to go to your SiteManager page. You can access this under the SiteRubix menu, under "SiteManager".

Here is the direct link:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

Once you are on that page, you will want to click the "Details" button for the given site you want the FTP information for (see screenshot).

Upon doing this, it will take you to the details page that provides you with all of your website details, including your FTP details (see screenshot attached).

RE: videos

You never want to upload videos/audio directly to your website. It will slow down your website load times/performance. Any website with videos on it out there will either have independent hosting for their videos or they will upload to either Youtube or Vimeo and then embed to their websites from there (which I recommend).

So if you have a video that you want to use on your website, you will want to upload it to Youtube and then embed to your website from there. Here is some training on how to embed a Youtube video: This will also give you additional exposure to your video within the Youtube community (which can actually lead to quite a lot of traffic).

Thanks for that answer. I do know how to embed videos and place them on YouTube, but, this is a small video. Only 2MB. Also, I already found that place you speak of with the login credentials to enter into the FTP once I am on the page that asks for the credentials, but, I still don't know where to access that page - the FTP login page. Thanks!

Okay, so I used Filezilla to transfer this 4MB video to the correct folder in my Wordpress, but it is not appearing in Wordpress Media, which I simply cannot understand why. In my screenshot, the video is called New-Video.mp4. Filezilla said it was successfully transferred and I see it in the folder, but, it's not there.

WA uses FTP instead of c-panel for this Rene as Kyle points out!

Thanks, but, I cannot find where to login to ftp page.

Regretfully this one is beyond my paygrade Rene! Loes and Marion and site support are more knowledgeable in this arena! I can't catch em all!
