I have been a starter my entire 30-year career. From radio and television stations, to non-profit corporations, I have always found myself at the beginning of things.
Although this might sound intriguing (and it was) it did not pay very well. Most of the time, once an organization, a company, or a course was established, I would find myself detached, and I would move on to something else.
I never made a decision to do this, It just unfolded that way.
I was involved in e-commerce, and started a web-based company in 1998, but it took a lot of people, moving parts, and of course, time. It was never very profitable, and some of my key people lost interest, so we shut it down.
I have been on the sidelines ever since, just watching trends and wondering if it were even possible to earn a living online. I have a lot of life experience in many fields, and I think it is time to turn that into something useful and and hopefully profitable.
In my dealings and interactions with people, I have lived by a couple of principles that have worked for me. I think that these may be of some benefit to others as well.
I enjoy music, nature, science, philosophy, and art.
