Once this site opens up, I am done. I don't know enough to ask questions!

I tried that but couldn't understand the directions in the videos. Maybe I should give up until I learn my computer.
there is much that you already know,
since you are asking questions on this site, you already know:
- how to turn on your computer
- how to open your web browser
- how to find this website
- how to login to this website
- how to ask a question
which video are you challenged by
what particular instruction are you challenged by
once you break it down, a couple things can start to happen,
- you get clarity as to the question you want to ask
- by asking the right question, others will be able to give more specific advice
- you could even solve the challenge yourself!
you could also give up and do nothing
could you live with yourself and the lingering question
- what if I had done that!

Click on the light blue SiteRubix button on the left side column
Step 1 - click on the "A Free Website" button
- choose a domain name
- just do something fun for now
- no spaces!
Step 2 - Name your website
- often this will be the same as your domain name,
- only with spaces!
Step 3 - Choose a look for your website
- just pick something to start with
- this can always be changed later
- for this test I choose Fresh Lite
Step 4 - Build your site!
- click on the blue button at the bottom of the page that says
"I'm Ready, Build My Website Now!"
You will be taken to a new page which will proclaim
-Congratulations! Your website is ready to go!
- at this time click the login button
- this will open up the Backside of your website
- click on "Posts"
- then from the drop down click on "Add New"
- just create a message, at this point it does not matter what it is,
- you could even take the question that started this entire discussion and use that as your first post
Once you have done this, can you post what your new test domain is,
the one that I created just to play is
http://playtime141127.siterubix.com/
Let's get this far, and then we can go from there!

Just follow the training step by step. Do the tasks each one has. Any questions, ask here or in live chat. You have everything you need to make a go of this. Go step by stdp and you'll do just fine.
I think he was just a bit overwhelmed at first. Two people pointed him toward the training button. It can be hard for the rest of us to remember how confusing this was at the very beginning.

No and NO. I don't know what I am doing once the computer comes on. I feel like giving up, but am not that smart.

It is still not clear to me what is your problem, in your profile you said you need help on your computer -
What kind of help do you need?
Don't you know how to use your new computer?
If so, please ask someone around to help you.
You also mentioned that you are lost when coming to build your website, even here you can ask someone you trust and who is reliable to spend an hour or two with you to help you when you go through the "getting started" training until you become familiar with it.

Take all the time you have to learn how to use it and one step at the time, go through your getting started training that's where you will be taught how to make money. Good luck.

I am beginning to see how this is all going to cost money before it makes money. I hope that I can stay in Wealthy Affiliates but not sure now is the time.
Hi James. It is true that you will have membership costs until you start to make money. Is there anything you need specific help with? :) Beverley
Learning my computer! When I go to my website I do not know what to do so if you have a couple hours, start at the beginning, in simple English.
Uhmm- that could be difficult because when you say you know nothing about your computer - I don't know what you mean. Also you don't have to be a computer expert. You need to start on the courses, follow each step and ask questions as you go - specific to what you're doing. :) Beverley
I need to see progress before I drop out. Not knowing my computer means that I do not know how it works. I will ask as I have problems if I know what they are!

I somehow made a website but now I am lost. Please, someone make me understand.
I on't know what lessons you have completed yet. But, after setting up a domain and website, there are lessons after that about creating content.

I have had problems in the past with banks and dealt cash for quite a while.
Yeah what empress said. Paypal is quite flexible and many affiliate programs can pay you through that. You can also get a paypal mastercard so that you can spend the money in your account just like you would with a debit card for your bank account. Ive used paypal for years and have never had any problems. I also have email notifications turned on so I get notified whenever ANY thing pulls from my account
You don't need money to open a PayPal account and there is no need to get a card until you start making money from affiliate programs.
Many affiliate marketers pay through Paypal, so you would need a Paypal account if you are going with affiliate marketing.
I am trying to go through affiliate marketing but once I make money, I need a place to put it.
