Hi Rebekah, I have one website that has been doing that in the last few weeks at times logging/locking me out completely. I worked with site support each time for several rounds before it gets fixed (usually it involves deactivating all plugins, clearing cache, etc- site support can do these too if you dont know how). We are doing fine here.
Did you try different browsers?
Do you have a modem? Once in a while we have a change coming through to update it and our system slows down until we reboot it.
