Making money online is not a 1 2 3 thing.

Someone asked me recently How long does it take to make money? My answer was simple, "It won't be an overnight thing." But some newbies here don't know that, so, this post is for all of those who are asking that #1 question. "When will I make money?"
When I first started out on my tea site I was sure I would make money very soon, but my mom kept saying. "Rebekah, it's not going to be a make money everyday site, you might get some money or you might not." Well about a month into my walk on WA and my website. My mom told me one morning that I made some money!! I was so overjoyed and felt like "Yes! This site does work!"
Does that mean everyone will make money that soon? No, Not at all. It might take a month, two months, or even more. but my tip is this.
Don't stop writing..Not for even a day!
Keep writing on your site. Keep sharing your site on social media (Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and many more!)
Being here for almost 6 months now and I haven't made money much but I am still working on that too. So if your reading thinking 'i want my money! Lol," I want to tell you that this takes time, let me put it this way.
I am waiting on some very important paperwork so I can start my life as in, Go to CNA school and become a CNA, Get to drive, and try to get my life in place. But without that paperwork, I am on hold from my whole life! Does it get me mad?! You bet It does!! I am so mad that my former mom and dad (From TX) would not hand over the paperwork to my sister and i, they know how much it is killing us to not have an actual life but, I thank God for my mom and dad that adopted my and my twin. They have done so much for me and Abby and I can't thank them enough for all the sacrifices they have made for us. if you didn't know my mom was on here then go to one of her posts. and follow her, tell her Rebekah sent you to her :)

That's why I am here on WA. I am trying to make money while waiting for the paperwork. So, the next time you are thinking. "I am not making money, I want to quit this."
Don't! Just take it day by day and keep working on your site to get the money you're hoping for. It's a slow race but in the end, you will get that reward just like a gold medal.

Great post, Rebekah! I know you are impatient at times but you have learned the art of waiting while being very persistent. That is a trait that will serve you well throughout your life. In fact, most things worth having are reached only through continued diligence.

Rebekah, this advice is so helpful. For newbies and indeed for others who have been working longer at Affiliate Marketing. That means you really need a passion for your site and content, or if you don`t have one, learn to develop one.
Success here requires consistency.

6 months is a lot of experience ma. I agree with you. This is my second month and as a pastor, a student of theology and a business man, I don't have full time to do this, all I do is make sure I use any little time I can get to read posts, reply my mailed and attend my training once a while. More elbow grease @Rebekah272. I wish to start making money, no matter how small. That will motivate me for more. Thanks for sharing.
