It can sometimes be a theme issue. I could receive comments from wa but not external. I ended up having to change my theme. Best wishes!
Thank you! I have already contact site support and I am waiting for their answer! I didn't have a theme problem! I have received comments the last couple of days! Maybe it is a matter of wordpress update!
Hi Reanna - do look at salma33's reply above. Go to quick edit for this page on your dashboard and check that you are allowing comments.
I am allowing comments! This was the first that I have checked when I was informed about the problem! Thank you, Joan!
Sounds like a job for Site Support, their response time is alarmingly fast. All the best in getting this sorted out, Reanna.

Hi,
I had this issue. On my website domain manager, I had an alert stating that I needed to verify my domain (something that needs to be done when first obtaining a domain for identificiation verification). I followed the links and did not receive an email. Clicked resend several times and did not get an email. I then raised a support request, and they told me that Microsoft Hotmail (outlook.com) emails sometimes had issues. I changed my email address and then received the email to verify and everything then worked.
under Rubix Site Manager, click the Domains tab, then select the setting drop down list and select contact and privacy. In here, change your email address and click save settings. You should then receive your email.
If you do not then it may because of the suspension. In which case, raise a call under the site support tab. Kyle got back to me and advised what to do very quickly and his method worked.

It could be a wordpress issue and the best solution it contact site support.
