How or where does one track the number of views/hits on the posts published on my website? I don't see a stats tab in my dashboard.

I just completed the Level 1 Training and am in the process of putting up my first article on my site. My question is, when do I start the process of applying to affiliate prog
Just imagine you're going through an interview process. Let's say an Embassy. Do you intend to go there without your papers prepared? No. You want to look as presentable as you can. You want to impress your interviewer to grant you a visa. Applying affiliate programs do the same thing.
They will review the site and see if you quality for the standards. you can publish a few reviews to show them how you could review their product and/or service.
I did the same thing. Before I applied to 2 networking programs, I had to make my website ready because they do review everything. Your content, your affiliate banner placing, etc.
I hope this helps you in your journey. Don't feel hesitant to ask me questions. I'll be delighted to help you out. :)
Yes, it does. I had to think quickly how to explain the concept. So, I'm really you understood what I was trying to say. Haha! :)
Normally, when you apply for the affiliate programs, they will review your site. If they find your site is not ready yet, they will reject your application.
But, don't frustrate about that. You can apply later when you have more posts on your site.
Got it. I was thinking along those lines...do you have an idea on approximately how many posts before applying would be a good idea?
Actually, it has no standard about that. But, your site will not get traffic in a short time so I suggest you concentrate on building post first.
In my opinion, at least 10 should be ok.
