It would be my guess is that the "My Sites" section is newer than when they setup their account. I would hope this is case and they just haven't added their sites yet. But, I'll let a long-term member answer!

We like your commenting system, but wondering why you set up with no ability to add website link. Is that not good for seo? best regards robert
I think it's mainly so that people don't scam and post their links all over other people's site. But there is a part of the comments at the top where you do reference your own site.
