I have never experienced the same issue so I don't know why it occurs. Contact SiteSupport and ask if they can fix it for you: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Thanks Roope, I contacted them and they said that it's just an issue with the plug-in and to just fill them in anyways
