Forwarding works best for me. Much easier. Although you need to remember when you reply to an email it will come from your Gmail rather than your domain specific email

When you do decide to delete your webmail accounts hosted on WA and insert email forwarding instead, you need to understand that all emails that you have received and copies of emails you have sent will also be deleted.

If you go into 'users' within the Wordpress dashboard, you can delete any users there that you didn't create. Make sure that the registration widget is not available in your sidebar as well.

From what I know from Twitter, Zendesk is a cloud based customer service software provider that is integrated with companies like MailChimp and Shopify to name the ones that come to mind. Someone may have a better answer, I just know from reading about them on twitter and when I was doing some research into stocks. On the NYSE they are listed as ZEN, hope this helps buddy.

Recently somebody was having much difficulties with it. So I advised him to go for Aweber and he did. He was very happy about it. Aweber offer 1 month free trial. All the best.

I used MailChimp years ago. But they are not affiliate friendly. They also limit the amount of email that can be sent with their free account.

Yes and no. I have used it and it's not a good idea for affiliate marketers. They do not allow affiliate links in emails. Sending affiliate links to your subscribers will result in getting your Mail Chimp account deleted.

That's a great question Mr Rick, I wish I had an answer. Like any program you will hear both positives and negatives and of the 3 main providers, Aweber, Mailchimp & GetResponse I have heard one that is almost all negative and another almost all positive and finally one just too expensive. I recently just found a n article that came recommended to me and I will send it to you. I haven't read yet as I have a mountain of things to still read so let me know what you think after the read. #CDNA

your gravatar links your image icon to your wordpress site e-mail address. The image you add will show on all the posts you create on your site as well as the comment section of other peoples site. You can add and manage multiple e-mail address and images. It's very useful and an asset to some like myself. Also you may have to rewrite that review especially if you closed the webpage.
