I was just wondering if I have to go premium to promote WA, and if not, how can I get the affiliate link from?

You can market the WA affiliate program with a Starter Membership (the commission is lower).
Taking Bootcamp is very helpful, but not required. WA Affiliate Program - A Comprehensive Walkthrough
Yes you can market it without being a premium member. I think the commission is 50% (but check that as I am not sure).
You don't HAVE to do anything but the training is there to make life easier for you - totally your call.
If you click on the $ sign above right you will find details of the program as well as your affiliate link, banners and everything else you need.

Yes you can but unless you are already very, very MMO savvy I believe you will need the bootcamp training to really make money promoting WA.

is there a way I can upload videos to content?
you can, but i would recommend a youtube channel for your videos and add embed links on your site.
you can upload videos up to 32mb on your site.
