I transferred my site from siterubix to a .com, and WA says it was successful but i cannot access an admin page, and when i click onto my domain name - it just has the namecheap

Hi, when I did the move my site no longer appeared under 'Build My Website' although I could access it by going directly to it, typing it in the address bar. Then get to admin from the site. Is this what you mean, your site is no longer showing under 'Build My Website' even though you can see both domains under the domains tab?

If that is the case I put would put in a support ticket as there was a technical issue in my case which was sorted out with Kyle's help.

Sorry if this is not the problem you are having.

I had encountered this same issue before! Just in case you've not done this to check if the domain name has already been transferred (but you don't see it listed yet) - go to Build My Website (light blue button on your Left Menu)... even if you don't see your new website name displayed, just click around the page showing your Domain (sorry can't remember what exactly is the button) to refresh the page, somehow it shows up after i did that. Good luck!

If its over 24 hours maybe send in a support ticket, make sure its pointing to WA and all went though okay....

I'm having the same issue with my website. I don't know if something may be wrong with their server or not. I can't access my website, I keep getting an error that says the domain name can't be found.

I use namecheap to buy domain name and when i move my siterubix website to my own domain name which i bought from namecheap. I successfully move them in and login with no problem at all. If you need my help just follow me.

I'm having the same issue. However, it's telling me it can't find the website. I think something may be wrong with WA server.

You have to point the DOMAIN DNS to this 2 nameservers,
1. Primary Nameserver: ns1.mywahosting.com
2. Secondary Nameserver: ns2.mywahosting.com

Inorder to accept your new domain by WA hosting. When that happens, you can MOVE your siterubix website to your new domain.
Just click this link, https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites and you will be redirected to a page in which you can see the MOVE button. If you are doing it, just follow the instructions and it will lead you to continue MOVING your siterubix site to your own domain name. Hope that helps.

I can help u with it. Try to download www.teamviewer.com So that i can look at it on your screen if you allow me.

who did you use, I think it can take up to 24 hours ..

I used namecheap.

I just had the same problem an hr ago and still won't let me log in, don't know what's Goin but it's frustrating.

what is the average hours per week a WA community member might work here?

Daily activity is best if you want to stay plugged in. Some days I'm here many hours and others i'm just checking in. I don't get on facebook anymore. I come here and create and participate and eventually I will see income from this.
