where do I find the WA tools and services Menu?
I want to use the WA keyword search tool. I learnt that I will find it under the WA toos and services menu. And please ca
The Wa Keyword search tool no longer exists it has been replaced by Jaaxy so just click the research on your left and you have Jaaxy to help you out.

Look at the left side where you see your profile picture, below you will find Dashboard, training etc.
Click for Research and then click for SiteRank again.

Just open the research menu on the side here, and you will see the search bar in Jaaxy, it is an excellent way to start researching for keywords to write about.
Just remember, one keyword per article (e.g- "Best ways to Make Butter"} - best for ranking are keywords 30 or below and QSR

I actually thought they were one and the same, but look forward to getting some clarity too.
That said, I've found Jaaxy really good, and just use that. Is there a reason you're looking for the WA too (potentially I'm missing something?!).

I understand your confusion. There is no WA menu titled "Tools and Services". That's just how the person speaking to you referred to the menu that's on the left side of WA pages.
As for the old keyword tool, WA retired it long ago and replaced it with Jaaxy Lite.
WA's original keyword tool was named "Keyword Tool". It was a really good tool and I used it a lot. BUT, Jaaxy Lite (which is what I use now) is at LEAST 10x better, maybe more. It gives you a LOT more information than the original tool did.

You did the right thing, asking the community for help. (https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/keyword-niche-and-market-research/can-anyone-give-me-clarification-on-keyword-search-tools). It looks like you got a lot of helpful replies.
I haven't used Jaaxy (or any other keyword search tool) for a while, but the members who responded to your question might be right: Jaaxy may be in the process of being updated.
But, a week is a LONG time (too long) for any problems not to have been worked out. Since Site Support is only for issues with our websites, I'd say contact Kyle or Carson.
Good luck. I hope Jaaxy's back to working smoothly soon.

So far so good. Based on the tutorials I think that I've gotten the gist of it. Just following the Online Certification Course as best as I can. I think at the end of the day even if I make 0 dollars that it will be very worth it. Lots of valuable information, and the support that I've gotten here is by far better than online campus.
