In my opinion, the article is overall fine and has good subheadings, but needs a little extra meat under most of the subheadings. For example, when you say "coffee boosts your metabolism and so does green tea", you might add more information like if there was a research study or something like that. I personally heard somewhere that weightlifting (unlike walking or non-strength training exercise) continues to burn calories longer beyond the duration of the workout. You could elaborate on the extra benefits from weightlifting for losing weight.
