It's all good now.

(1) I cancelled Jaaxy subscription first (so it will no longer charge my PayPal account.)
(2) Then I upgraded WA to Premium Plus.
(3) My Jaaxy account status automatically changed to Enterprise.

I did have unused 8 months but no, it wasn't adjusted.

I had thought about it but the price itself was a bargain, I don't have a nerve to ask Kyle, but I wonder if I should...?

I did ask but no reply, just said l can cancel Jaaxy but still pay 499. If ppl with early WA yearly renewal are pro rated, why not Jasxy pro annual renewals too?

That makes sense... Hmmm it will be great icing on the cake if there's a pro rata adjustment!

Yes, you can cancel your Jaaxy. If you bought through WA it should have automatically been cancelled with the upgrade, but if you drop me a PM I can investigate for you and make sure it is. :)

My question is, WHY do I need to cancel subscription? Not option 1 or 3? As my Jaaxy is already connected to WA?

I chose cancelled just to make sure you won't get charged, and I don't know if you had a previous grandfathered plan of $19 as it was not mentioned in your question, why I said only if you are sure you want to upgrade to Premium Plus.

I haven't updated my Wordpress to the new version yet, but looks like the one for my UK

Thank you Katie, I just had a look but looks like this is for the easy/automatic wordpress.com and not wordpress.org (?) Not for the one setup in the WA server...

it is not to do with the server, it is within the settings of your theme, what theme are you using

Hi Katie, one is called Explore and the other one's Spacious, but I still can't seem to find a language setting.....

Of course, as WA is a North American based portal, the spellchecker settings here are set to American so we have to get used to regular red underlining!!

I've got a 15-20 seconds worth of GIF animation, 400px wide just to show a simple instruction. But it's 3Mb in size. Is it a good idea to have it or not, in terms of image opti

Gifs should be fine. I wouldn't overuse them, but one or a few on the page won't cause any issues.
