Here mine: I find categories very important to structure your content. I have a health site too and use for example categories like methods, breathing techniques, self hypnosis, NLP, mindfulness, practice experience and so on. You can check it on my website.
In a categories search bar, your visitors can search for posts under a certain category. This is awesome. Somebody can get all your posts to a certain category.
Categories are also keywords.
You can very simply add categories to every post under "quick edit" on your all post page in WP dashboard.

Though you can go ahead with that niche name as you have chosen BUT for me those two words in that name are all pregnant that someone could have so many other segments of niches to focus on and still find it difficult to exhaust the needs there.

You could even break your categories down further, as health has a gazillion topics and so does beauty! So you could have a menu bar across the top (haven't been to your site, don't know what the best look would be) with various topics

Having a high rank seems nice, but really it's all about the time we spend answering questions and helping others here. It doesn't make us a dime. I do it because I love it, plus it's also part of my job, which I also love. Don't worry about your rank. Focus on your site for now, and if you get the chance to answer a question or two, great.

It has nothing to do with your website, has no perks, bonuses or monetary value, even if you reach the top 25.
There's nothing wrong with your settings. Your Rank is fine. The Rank is just a measure of helpfulness, creativity and activity here. Your WA Rank will improve as you create more blog posts, ask more questions, help more people and create some training. Interacting with people through comments and live chat will also help. Don't worry too much about it, just enjoy the training and the awesome people here.

Looks like you have already received some great answers. Also, I use free images from bing. I upload them to my computer and then download them to my post.
You should have a "Add media button" in WP in your back office. It is on the top left where you are editing your post.

If you don't see it in the right hand column, make sure you're using the Classic Editor click on Screen Options at the top and make sure the section is checked.
Go into your website (WordPress) dashboard - click on the post you want to add a feature image to. Once the editor is open on the right hand side you will see Feature Image - click the link and add your image.
Depending on the theme you are using will depend on the size of the feature image you can use.
