Hi Ramjee,
The only way that I know of to remove the reference WP Theme link in the footer is to go into the editor and then the Theme Footer file and change the code. I know the link can be removed from there but I try not to go into any of the code in case I might screw something up. Thanks
Joe

Thanks Joe.

I do not know much about CSS code. There must be a way.

At the moment I will not do any changes. But still look for the solution.

I already saw what you are asking for. I think that the "Omega WordPress Theme by ThemeHall" can't be removed. Actually I also have that water mark in my website. Mine says "Copyright © 2016. Created by Meks. Powered by WordPress. ". I think that this is normal to all themes.

On the other hand, I believe that there is no problem with this one. As long as you still give time in providing relative content to your site. And besides, your visitors won't notice that part.

Thank you.

no problem man :)

i agree with Jude and in my opinion, and some may disagree with me, I would try to brainstorm as much as I could to get a .com anyway.

No, don't do it!! Especially if it is also the company name. Many companies have their business and/or domain name registered under trademark and you would be in breach. They can sue.

I also don't recommend adding 'info' to the domain name. It could still be a breach of trademark.

You can search to see if it is trademarked. If it isn't trademark you could register your own trademark and that way you would be protected legally. But is that a nice thing to do with someone else's creative?

Personally, I don't like it when I see it, even when the company gives permission, and even when the content of the site promotes that company.

I am NOW premium member and selected WP "Business World" theme. In order to get full access of theme, it is asking to pay 40 USD? As a premium member i was supposed to get list

I agree with the previous comments below. There are various free themes that you could choose from. I suggest that you take advantage of them :)

As a premium member, you have access to over 2,000 free themes, in your dashboard go to appearance, themes then add new and you will find many there.
There are also many paid themes that you can purchase if you wish but starting out, I would go with a free theme first until you have more of an understanding of what your needs are

Thank you for your reply. I will look for the free one :)

Some of the free themes also have an option to upgrade to a paid version, perhaps that is what you ran into

There are a few thousands free themes available, perhaps you were unlucky to choose the wrong one. Take another.

Ok.. Great!

I may buy premium membership for a year however i am confused for following:

In case i did not like to renew WA membership after X months, what happens with my domain nam

Hiya - if your account is inactive you will not receive commissions earned during your inactivity. Hope this helps to clarify the situation.

ALL the best - Andre

You will have 30 days to move your website' files to another host service, you keep your own - paid - domains.
Wish you all the best :)

Thank you. My only concern was, as long as things go as planned i have no problem to pay WA membership, even forever. However, if things do not go as planned than i may still want to keep my work with me..

That was a great answer. Thank you once again.

My pleasure :)

I think you dont get all the othere training that come with premium membership. Everything will be the same..

Thank you Anthony. You mean that everything will be same except It would revert back to starter pack. Still a bit confused, do you think that i will be able to use my own domain name forever without paying any extra cost.

You have a grace period in case you want to move your site but you lose your free membership if you do not pay by the end of the grace period which may be 30 days not sure. You will not be able to get past payment screen to get to the account unless you resume payments which you may at anytime and everything will be as you left it.
