I have installed the adsense plugin and followed the directions for setting it up. The trouble i'm having is where in my page or post do I past the ad script?

Great suggestions. I will definitely try them out. I wouldn't mind the ads being everywhere, but I think it make my website look cluttered and cheap.

You could also try adding the code in your text editor on each page or post that you want it to appear on. Try adding the code at the start or end of the page you are working on.

Depending on what theme you are using you could put the code in one of your side menu. Make sure to choose a size that fits the width of your menu. Go to appearance and choose widgets, then choose text and add your cod there

Thanks . I'm guessing my theme is designed to put it on all posts and pages. I've been through it about 8 times now, and there is no other options for me to individually add or remove it from my content. Bummer. Well maybe it's time to change themes. Thanks again.

I found that the first 2 themes I chose were too limiting, so I chose a third one, evolve. If you look under "theme options" under "appearance" you can get an idea of what the theme can do.. Also, check out what you might accomplish with Word Press.

I loved the tutorial. It worked like a charm. I have a new issue now, maybe you maybe able to help, how do I focus it to one page or post? Right now it's on every page and post I have. I have tried a few things and I'm just not figuring it out.

Here is good tutorial to follow. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot

I went back through the lesson to make sure I did it correctly. I refreshed and updated my page and site, still nothing. ?????

hooray I got it fixed.

I have rewatched the video and tried a few different things and now it says oops page can not be found. my website is trappingwomen.com and the link is under getting started trapping post. I will keep trying. thanks for the help.

Is it possible to put the link here and we can try?

Be sure that it begins with http and no symbols before this.

After creating the link and update did you go to view my page to test it or did you try to test it in edit mode. If you are doing it with the later it will not work you need to go to your website page to try them.

Why are my links not working?

I have two identical websites under my site manager, the only difference is one has my domain name and the other shows site rubix.com. What did I do? Can I erase the site rubix.

I would keep the rubix site for awhile as a back up in case there is a problem with the other.

Thank you both for your help!

Test it, make changes in your site and see if anything is happening with rubix.com. If nothing changes there then there is no connection.

On the other hand it costs nothing to keep rubix.com for testing, for example if change theme etc. Jovo

Have you created content on your siterubix site but not on your personally-owned domain? If so, your best bet would be to use the SiteManager "Move" function to transfer that site's contents to your personally-owned domain. All future work would then be done on your personally-owned domain. (When you do the move, a redirect is put in place on the siterubix site to direct all traffic to your personally-owned domain.)

Kyle has created some training on how to do this: Note: There have been a few minor changes to the Siterubix layout. While you may see some differences between the training and the current layout, the process is the same.
