Hi - men's cologne is a good niche, but bear in mind that you have to use images which are copyright-free, and they can be difficult to find when it comes to brand-name products.
I understand the concerns expressed, but that's only if you limit yourself to Amazon as a merchant. Amazon may not let you use those images, but other merchants will let you use their images if you belong to their affiliate program.
Personally I would make the site bigger. Men's colognes could be fine, but I wouldn't go in tighter than that into things like "cheap". Cheap is not a good word to attract visitors. Affordable, inexpensive, etc, but people don't like to think of themselves as cheap.
Thanks for the advice.
What If i select the beard grooming products, does that niche can also be narrowed down further
Almost anything can be narrowed down, but I wouldn't recommend it. That's a narrow enough niche right there. Otherwise you are going to run out of keywords and also lessen your chance of making horizontal sales, such as a bead trimmer AND a beard conditioner.

I did not thought about that.
