You cannot have your domain DNS point to 2 hosting services.
For us Keeping a domain DNS pointing to WA servers is worth ir rather than earning a few extra dollars by pointing to another hosting server. Using WA Hosting servers is incentive to grow organic traffic by helpful content.
Hi - well, it can be a lot more than "a few extra dollars" as recently mentioned by Partha, who said, "I typically earn between $19-$53 per 1,000 page views" from just one of his websites.
He is in the top tier of Ezoic, having more than 80,000 page views per month, so as you can imagine, it adds up to a pretty decent income from just one site alone.
Our collaborative site is looking to achieve 18,000 page views per month by the end of May, and we will be monetizing with Ezoic shortly.
Of course, we all have different expectations and methods of monetization, and this particular business model is not for everybody.

You can only point your nameservers in one direction, either Ezoic or WA hosting, cannot have both.
If you want to keep up with Ezoic, your nameservers should be with them.

How long does a WA cookie live after site visits clicks on the affiliate link?
It's a lifetime cookie, but the best option as an affiliate is to try to never rely on cookies. Instead, make sure you provide all of the information you possibly can so that they can feel they can go right ahead & sign up without hesitation :)
if your link is the last click before coming into here and signing up then you have them for the lifetime they are here....
if they leave and come back again they are yours if they don't click through on any other link....
so really a pretty good deal....

I tried to share something similar, although I didn’t get that message it didn’t allow me to share either.
I imagine Google is trying to minimize affiliate links?
Google + doesn't like links so the links have to be within a good content post with the post shared and it may be a good idea to write an opening comment in Google+

Google + are literally allergic to affiliate links, in fact, they seem to have a zero tolerance, so if raw promotions are posted they will pounce.
The key can be to post content and link out to your website and then place the links there, no problem.

I can tell you this. Most of us that are relatively new don't have robot.text files on our sites. You can check with support to be sure. If that's the case it means your links are leading to sites that have them.
I don't think it's easy to get them to take them out. But you could email them.
